![]() ![]() The call center (obviously outsourced to another country) is trained to treat you like a criminal. This was probably one of the worst experiences with any kind of lender I have ever had. I am across the globe doing counter terrorism operations and I dont have time to keep calling back for different people to waste my time and not help me pay the bill that I am being told I owe. Every time I ask for a supervisor over the phone I get told that nobody is around. I need someone from SETF to contact me immediately to rectify this. I am actively contacting and calling the useless support line only to keep getting transferred to different departments from a bunch of rude and poorly trained workers. I specifically asked this because I am a military service member of 19 years and have had to deal with getting deployed overseas with short notice.Aside from SETF now penalizing me- it is impossible to pay the remaining balance I have. I was initially told that as long as I didnt go over the total mileage of the several year lease- I would not be penalized for excess mileage (if the total mileage was divided by years). I leased a vehicle from ******** Toyota of Wilmington. In January, I became employed and started attending to these payments in January-April 2023 and no option to remove late payments could be addressed nor to lower payments. Since we weren't able to make payments in November 2022-December 2022, only two payments. We started struggling with the first time with our payments in November 2022. Late payments were made due to struggling with Covid-19 and the timing to take this fund as this was my retirement fund. My family and I were impacted my Covid-19 in 2021 and utilized my retirement fund to attend to these payments although we remained in contact with this organization to work on refinancing our vehicle. I have been in desperate contact with the Southeast Toyota Finance to refinance my auto loan to lower payments as the option to refinance is viable. I don't work for ******************** I am the customer (please find some way to understand this). How dare such a company not try to address the issue and the stress they have placed on a customer. The lack of such could also be having a huge impact on this company and the quality of service which is the most horrible I have ever seen. I highly recommend that the company gets some type of customer service training and qualifications in addition to supporting DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion). I literally had the worst experience in my total life yesterday due to Southeast Toyota Finance. No customer should ever have to experience the headache that I have had to go through. I was told I needed to call back at another time but Southeast Toyota Finance indicates specific hours on their website. I do not appreciate being talked down to, especially as ****************. I called customer service and received horrible service. ![]() The business has not tried to resolve the problem. This clearly indicates taking advantage of the customer. I have never seen this before out of all the years of being a customer. Southeast Toyota Finance is charging customers extra. I checked my bank account, and it showed I recently paid. On June 1, 2023, I noticed that my Southeast Toyota Finance Account showed my account was delinquent. ![]()
